Brian was born in Duncan in June 1960 and has lived in the Cowichan Region ever since. The Hebbert family is well established in the area with family ties going back as far as the 1860’s. Over the years Brian and/or his family have run various businesses including a machine shop, a marina, and prior to a career in real estate, Brian was owner operator of the Brigantine Inn, a waterfront neighbourhood pub in Maple Bay (1982-1991).
Since beginning his real estate career, Brian has been involved in a diverse range of property types including farm lands, residential and commercial development sites and commercial and industrial sales and leasing. Brian has also found or sold homes for numerous loyal customers and clients throughout the Cowichan area.
Brian has worked hard at continually upgrading his education, honing his skills and keeping abreast of technological advancements in order to best serve his clients and customers. In addition to the required courses for licensing, Brian regularly attends seminars and courses provided by Royal LePage, The Vancouver Island Real Estate Board and various other Real Estate Related organizations, including a full range of courses in the Industrial, Commercial & Investment (IC&I) field.
