I was born in Duncan in 1960 and have lived in the Cowichan Region ever since. My family has deep roots in the area, with family ties going back as far as the 1860s. Over the years, my family and I have run various businesses including a machine shop, a marina, and prior to my career in real estate, I was owner-operator of the Brigantine Inn, a waterfront neighbourhood pub in Maple Bay (1982-1991).
Since beginning my real estate career, I have been involved in a diverse range of property types including farm lands, residential and commercial development sites and commercial and industrial sales and leasing. I have also found or sold homes for numerous loyal customers and clients throughout the Cowichan area.
I work hard at continually upgrading my education, honing my skills and keeping abreast of technological advancements in order to best serve my clients and customers. In addition to the required courses for licensing, I regularly attend seminars and courses provided by Royal LePage, The Vancouver Island Real Estate Board and various other Real Estate Related organizations, including a full range of courses in the Industrial, Commercial & Investment (IC&I) field.
If you are thinking about buying or selling real estate on South Central Vancouver Island, consider putting my local knowledge and professional expertise to work for you! I would be happy to help you achieve your goals.
